Krishna Sen Madan Memorial Active Journalism Award established by Press Center Nepal has been given to Thakur Prasad Acharya.
The award was given away to Acharya Sunday at a program jointly organized by Press Center and Press Chautari, Myagdi chapters on the occasion of 16th Krishna Sen Memorial Day. The prize carries a purse of Rs 5,000.
Acharya, vice chair of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Myagdi chapter, is affiliated with Gorkhapatra Daily and Nababikalpa Weekly.
